Recipe of the work week –

Veggie Meal Prep – 5 days
 
1 ½ cup Brown Rice
1 cup Lentils
12 oz. Bag of Mixed Veggies
12 – 16 oz. Broccoli Florets
Seasonings – Salt, Pepper, Vegit Gourmet Natural Seasoning, Curry

Cook Brown Rice in 1 cup water & 2 cups broth – or – 3 cups water
Cook Lentils in 1 cup water & 1 cup Broth – or – 2 cups water
Season to taste
Separate Rice, Lentils, and Veggies in 5 containers.

Reheat in Microwave, Mix, and Enjoy!
